With over 20 years as a real estate professional, I have spent most of my life in the area. I was actually the first person to put a deposit on property in River Hills when they first opened their doors for business in 1989! My family and I live in River Hills and have for over 22 years.
I actually worked for the developer, Arvida, heading up the resale division and then bought River Hills Realty and the Welcome Center from them in 1999.
